Making a purchase
Shopping with us is easy - just fill in your details, give us a list of the items you wish to purchase and payment preferences and we will get straight back to you.
You can either pay by Paypal using any of your credit or debit cards, or by cheque, or postal order.
Please note that orders will be shipped only once a cheque has cleared funds.
Cheques must be made payable to "The Pet Bar".
If you are shopping internationally Paypal will convert your order into your own currency.

Shipping and Handling
You will see the shipping and handling charges in our product details. Most of our items include a postal charge using 1st class Royal Mail delivery.
We will advise you of the shipping charges on international orders.
We aim to ship your items the day after monies are received, assuming items are in stock. If your item is not in stock we aim to despatch withing 7 days of your order.
We deliver outside the UK but will not be responsible for customs charges for larger orders, so please check your imports charges before placing an order.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock we will contact you within 24 hours.
Returns policy
The pet bar wants you to be happy with your purchase
Please ensure your goods are returned by recorded delivery. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the postal system.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item we will gladly replace the item, excluding post and packaging. All faulty goods should be returned to The Pet Bar within 7 days after receipt of order.
If you purchase an item that you no longer wish to keep for any reason The Pet Bar will refund the purchase price excluding postage and packaging. You will be responsible for all return postage and The Pet Bar will not be responsible for any losses by the postal system, so we advise you to use recorded delivery.
You may cancel your order in total without reason up to 24 hours before despatch, including postage and packaging costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive (England).
If you purchase an order that is the wrong size we will exchange for another size (or a refund if stock is unavailable).
Please measure your pet correctly before placing an order. If you need any assistance with regard to size please email us prior to ordering and we will be happy to help.
Please ensure that all items are returned unused and in original packaging for a full refund. If the item has been used we will be unable to issue a refund.
